A bespoke template keeps your look consistent and can hold exactly the elements your communication needs.
The design held in place
We build templates tailored to you. Colours, colour codes and the general choices can be locked to your design manual, so editors cannot stray from the organisation\u2019s look - while you still get the result you want aesthetically.
Content can also be automated through RSS feeds and other integrations. But you do not need requirements like that for a template to be worth it. Some simply want to save the time it takes to build one from scratch.
A template for press releases and articles
If you are tired of copying and pasting every time a press release or an article goes into an email, there is a template built for exactly that.
You drag a news block into the email and paste a link to the article. The system does the rest. You can still edit the headline, the body, the image and the link if you want to.
The template carries elements meant for press work rather than ordinary newsletters - a standfirst function, and a box at the foot for details of your press contact. It works with most websites, and if it does not work with yours, we can develop it so it does.
